Our experience covers the full execution of general civil works for major power generation facilities, including the construction of turbine generator (TG) decks and foundations for units up to 800 MW.
We are well-versed in the design and construction of circulating water systems using both steel and reinforced concrete (RCC) ducts, as well as the installation and commissioning of dry ash silos and advanced ash handling systems. Our team has demonstrated proven competence in executing the civil and structural works for coal handling plants, encompassing everything from substructure to superstructure with a focus on operational efficiency and durability.
A hallmark of our capabilities is our expertise in constructing RCC chimneys utilizing modern slip-form technology, with heights reaching up to 275 meters, ensuring stability, precision, and compliance with stringent safety norms. We have also built a distinguished track record in the development of high-voltage substations (HVDC, 400 kV, 200 kV) and associated control room buildings, as well as undertaking civil works for 765 kV and 400 kV switchyards. Our services further include the complete erection, testing, and commissioning of substations up to 400 kV and 220 kV, providing clients with seamless, end-to-end project solutions.
Our expertise extends to specialized hydraulic slip-form shuttering for silos (up to 45 meters in height and 14 meters in diameter), and the construction of RCC structures up to 50 meters above ground level—such as cement mills and polycon buildings. Beyond industrial projects, we have successfully executed turnkey solutions for housing complexes, hotels, hostels, and administrative buildings, demonstrating versatility across a broad project landscape.
